  • BCBA/QBA-Contractor
    Requirements Master’s Degree or PhD in special education, psychology, or behavioral sciences. Current Behavior Analyst certification from the BACB or QABA. State License to practice as a Behavior Analyst (per state req). Responsibilities Conduct behavior and skills assessments such as FBA, ABLLS, VB-MAPP, etc... Create and update individualized treatment plans that meet Medicaid requirements. Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and notes in compliance with HIPAA. Provide ongoing parent training with caregivers. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, LPC, LCSW, OTD, OTR, PT, SLP, SLPA, BCaBA/QASP-S, RBT/ABAT, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/caregivers. Complete and submit forms and documents for authorization to insurance companies. Conduct peer reviews with case managers and appeals with insurance companies. Meet with Directors to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload. Assist with IEP meetings as needed and requested by parents.
  • BCaBA/QASP-S -Employee
    Requirements Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, or behavioral sciences. Current BCaBA or QASP-S certification from the BACB or QABA. State License to practice as BCaBA /QASP-S (Per State req). Responsibilities Provide Direct ABA Therapy services to clients consistent with best practice, as outlined in the Plan of Care, and as directed by the BCBA supervisor. Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and notes in compliance with HIPAA. Provide ongoing parent training with caregivers. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, LPC, LCSW, OTD, OTR, PT, SLP, SLPA, BCBA/QBA, RBT/ABAT, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/caregivers. Meet with BCBA supervisor monthly to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload. Assist the BCBA as needed with updating forms and documents required for managing the client’s case.
  • RBT/ABAT – Employee
    Requirements High School Diploma. Over the age of 18. Current RBT ABAT certification from the BACB or QABA. State License to practice as RBT/ABAT (per state req). Responsibilities Provide Direct ABA Therapy services to clients consistent with best practice, as outlined in the Plan of Care, and as directed by the BCBA supervisor. Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and notes in compliance with HIPAA. Meet with BCBA supervisor weekly to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload. Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation. Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, LPC, LCSW, OTD, OTR, PT, SLP, SLPA, BCBA/QBA, BCaBA/QASP-S, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/caregivers.
  • Psychologist-Contractor
    Requirements PhD in Psychology. Current certification as Clinical Psychologist. State License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic psychological assessments and evaluations (initial and reevaluations). Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals. Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, LCSW, OTD, OTR, PT, SLP, SLPA, BCBA/QBA, BCaBA/QASP-S, RBT/ABAT, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/caregivers. Responsibilities Assessing a client’s emotional and mental state diagnosing mental illness. Evaluating the social and environmental factors affecting a client’s wellbeing. Intervening when a client is considered high-risk. Provide traditional counseling services and support to patients and family members. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, OTD, OTR, PT, SLP, SLPA, BCBA/QBA, BCaBA/QASP-S, RBT/ABAT, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/ caregivers. Remain current and knowledgeable about local and regional resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
  • SLP – Contractor
    Requirements Master’s degree or PhD in Speech/Language/Communication Disorders. Current certification as a SLP. State License to practice as a SLP (per state req). Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages, including children and adults. Supervise SLPA level therapists. Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate and consult with medical and clinical staff inside and outside of company including but limited to; Medical Physicians and specialists, LCP, LCSW, OTD, OTR, PT, SLPA, BCBA/QBA, BCaBA/QASP-S, RBT/ABAT, MT, IEP Team, and parents/family/caregivers. Assessing and documenting client progress for monitoring and reporting. Prepares and maintains equipment and activities used for occupational therapy. Implements therapeutic activities (e.g. positioning, adjusting specialized equipment) Training patients and caregivers to use specialized adaptive equipment.
